As Exam Leader, you play a crucial role in the smooth running of our exam sessions. You are responsible for the execution of both digital and written theory exams and ensure that everything runs according to the correct procedures. Thanks to your accurate working method, stress resistance and clear communication, candidates can take their exam in a safe and fair environment.
You work independently, but are never alone. You are the point of contact on location and ensure that every session is arranged down to the last detail – from welcoming candidates to handling complaints. And all of this with a cool head, even when time pressure increases.

Required skills
Education level: MBO
Locations: Rotterdam, Terneuzen, Heerenveen, Amsterdam
Number of hours: 24 – 40 hours per week
- Some experience with computers and tablets
- Good command of the Dutch language (spoken and written)
- Basic knowledge of the English language
- You are stress-resistant and can handle time pressure well
- You dare to address candidates on individual behavior
- You carry out procedures carefully and precisely
- You can deal with complaints professionally
- You have a driver's license and your own transportation
- You are flexible in your deployment, also during the weekend
