VIL-VCU

The VIL-VCU diploma shows that you as an intermediary have the necessary knowledge of Safety, Health and Environment (SHE), and that you are able to safely and responsibly manage temporary workers in risky work environments. With this diploma you prove that you can not only work safely yourself, but also that you are responsible for the safety and health of the temporary workers you supervise.

During the VIL-VCU course you will learn important topics such as recognizing hazards, applying risk management, giving clear instructions and creating a safe working environment for temporary workers. You will also learn how to prevent unsafe situations, how to motivate your team and how to ensure compliance with VGM regulations. This diploma is often required for intermediaries who work in sectors with increased risks, such as construction, industry and logistics.
