Sharing personal data with third parties
For our services it is necessary to share personal data with external suppliers, e.g. to register an exam. We try to limit this as much as possible and we only share your data with others if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with legal obligations.
Retention period of personal data
EBR does not store personal data for longer than for the purposes for which they were collected or used. Some personal data must be stored for longer by law. In that case, EBR stores the relevant personal data for as long as the law prescribes. The data on examination documents are not stored for longer than 2 years.
Personal data required for personal certification (name and date of birth) are stored for the duration of the certification. For VCA this is 10 years and WFT 5 years.
Access, modification, deletion, complaints about personal data
Your data may be used to send information and/or special offers by EBR.
