At Examenbureau Rotterdam BV (hereinafter referred to as 'EBR'), we attach great importance to the protection of your personal data. EBR bewaart persoonsgegevens niet langer dan voor de doeleinden waarvoor zij zijn verzameld of worden gebruikt. Sommige persoonsgegevens moeten langer bewaard worden op grond van de wet. In dat geval bewaart EBR de betreffende persoonsgegevens zolang als de wet voorschrijft. De gegevens op examendocumenten worden niet langer bewaard dan 3 jaar.
Persoonsgegevens noodzakelijk voor persoonscertificering (naam en geboortedatum) worden voor de duur van de certificering bewaard.

Documentbeheer
De gegevens op examendocumenten worden niet langer bewaard dan hierboven is aangegeven. Wij kiezen 2 momenten in het jaar om dit te realiseren, namelijk in de eerste week van januari en week 1 van juli.

Wij maken dagelijks een back-up van onze server en applicatie.
